Our 3-Tier Authentication Process:

1. Human Expertise
   Every signature is first reviewed by an experienced collector with over 35 years of hands-on industry knowledge.

2. Archival Comparison
   We match signatures against our private library of authenticated examples, major memorabilia websites across the world including signed contracts, backstage memorabilia, and limited-edition merch.

3. AI Pattern Analysis
   Our proprietary AI engine analyses each autograph's stroke, spacing, pen pressure, and style against thousands of samples. It catches things even trained eyes can miss — ghost signing, auto-pen, and suspicious variations.

Once a signature is confirmed as authentic, we send you a tamper-evident hologram label bearing the AA Certification Number. This label can only be applied once, and while it can be removed, it will leave behind fragments, preventing it from being reused on another item.

Also included is a certification hard copy that includes the same alphanumeric certification number. The certified autograph can be easily verified by entering the 6-digit number certification search field (below) found on the item with the hologram label or by using the same 6-digit number on the hard copy certificate.

Autograph Alley provides access to its database solely for the purpose of confirming information related to items with specific certification numbers.  Autograph Alley does not inspect authenticated items physically in most cases, mainly using detailed photos and finding the story behind the item.​​​​​
